The D.C. food blog Eat the District needed a fresh look for their big relaunch. I stepped in to create a new brand identity and design a fun and engaging blog set up the Eat the District guys. I decided to play heavily on the look of the Washington, D.C. metro, one familiar to anyone in the D.C. area that spoke to the vibe of the blog’s writers and readers. The resulting logo and Web design are bold and playful but refined, like any good food blogger.
